- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system in place, but everything is negotiable based on availability. We want all customers to have an amazing event. Whether it is Djing or Photo Booth, we want the customer to have a great experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a quote is negotiated and resolved, we get together with the client and work through all of the setup and options. All our clients have access to their portal in our system. This allows for payments, music selection, all documents and a variety of planning forms. Music selection and event timing are also very important since we have alot to offer. If it is a Photo Booth, we want the customer to be satisfied with the layout and/or the template selection. Great party favors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything we know about the dj business we learned on the go over the years through mentors. Being musicians ourselves made this an easy transition, even as we move into our own productions. Our photo booth part of the business was a natural fit. We have done our research in this part of the business. We obtained extensive training to get the quality right. We use constant lighting and avoid the flash. Never again do we have red-eye and eye color is clearly visible.
