When I initially reached out to Hercules at Home Rx Pro, I assumed someone would get back to me by the following day. To my surprise, I got a call back in less than 20 minutes! I gave a description of my home, 3bdrm, approximately 2500sqft and a few of my concerns. Hercules patiently walked me through the next steps, while assuring me his company would be able to meet my needs. On the day of the service, not only were they prompt and well prepared, but they explained the entire process beforehand and I felt comfortable with the not only the price for the service, but also the knowledge of what they were doing. In all they took care of 14 vents efficiently and I am completely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much, I would definitely highly recommend Home Rx Pro!

I reached out to Home Rx and they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Set and wjend appointment due to we wrk durning the wk. Showed before and after photos, kept in constant communication during the process.... overall great job, will use the guys again
