What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The utility programs are completely free and are not based on income. Regular quotes for regular projects are quoted based on square footage and thickness of insulation being installed. We are competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial call to find out your specific needs. We'll then schedule an appointment to look at the area, take measurements and determine the best way of going about the project. We'll have a quote over soon after that and a follow up call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years of experience in commercial, residential and retrofit applications in everything insulation related. Ongoing energy efficiency trainings and certifications.
