Definitely looking forward to working with coach Margo for the long run. I was looking for someone to help me in both conditioning as well as self defense. This would be my first time having a personal trainer outside of my family. I was a bit nervous as I had just done research online and had not actually attended anywhere. Coach Margo was the first to respond to my request which was awesome. I was wanting something immediate as well. He was ready to start right away. Coach Margo was extremely professional and my Fiancee actually ended up wanting to train with him as well. I am excited to continue training with coach Margo in learning Muay Thai.

Carlos and Omar work with you step by step until you understand the method they are teaching. They make you feel comfortable during training and put you in real life situations. The coaches pay attention to detail and correct you. This place is AWESOME..I would recommend RCS to anyone!
Brian was a patient and flexible instructor. As a beginner, it was refreshing to have an instructor that was willing to go slow and explain things more than once. My friend and I had a great time in his classes, and I left feeling like I had learned a ton of new skills (especially self defense!).
When being taught self defense by him, he went through everything step-by-step and always was had me go through the movement one step at time until I go the hang of it.
We've been taking karate at American Kenpo Karate in both group and private class for two years. As an educator who works with both kids and young adults, I appreciate their care and professionalism. I know my daughter is safe with her instructors. She has thrived under their study and has earned her belts through hard work and well executed katas. In addition Kenpo is the best form of self defense for karate. The classes teach discipline, excellent form and responsibility. I would look here before considering anywhere else. They are a step above the rest!
Very straight forward, real world applications, which is exactly what we need - just get right down to it. We have tried other self defense courses which spend a lot of time on learning discipline and self control (which is great if that's what someone is looking for) but this jumps right in and we're learning real world techniques in the first minute. Highly recommend and looking forward to the next session.
I started boxing lessons with Chuck about 8 months ago. With no prior boxing or martial arts experience, I had no idea what to expect when walking into a boxing gym. I started my search online, looking at reviews and prices. Luckily, I decided to try out Classic Boxing Coach and struck gold. Although not fancy or over-the-top, the gym has all the equipment one would need (at least from what I can tell). It's never too crowded but also never lacks energy. All of the other trainers and members that I have met have been warm and welcoming, always willing to chat or share a funny story. When walking into a boxing gym for the first time ever, I expected an intimidating, intense, and cold competitive environment; yet this gym offers a hard-training atmosphere with only positive vibes and good spirits. Chuck is an amazing trainer. I think the best thing about his training is his positive and energetic attitude. He is one of those people who is always present in the moment. He puts his focus and attention onto whomever he is training. He brings in the perfect blend of mental and physical toughness. Chuck explains the sport both philosophically and technically, while still putting the athlete through hard physical workouts. The training experience at Classic Boxing Coach comes with a great balance between training and fighting. There is enough sparring to create excitement and anxiety (if one chooses to spar), but not so much that each week is an all-out fierce battle with other members. Overall, I've had an incredible experience so far at this gym. I've learned the technical aspects of boxing, had great and grueling workouts, and had some good battles in the ring. Chuck is a great coach and an even better person. He always puts the clients first. I highly recommend this gym for anyone thinking about starting boxing or switching gyms.
Scott's classes really helped my son! We had just moved here and he was getting bullied by some kids at school. After two months my son was able to defend himself and I was surprised to see how much his self confidence grew too
Learn self defense at home. We offer a mobile service. We will come to you and train you in the most effective form of self defense. This is not sport fighting or MMA. It is straightforward, using leverage, timing and distance, kicks , punches, joint locks and the fighting mentality . You learn how to use sticks and knives, as you learn the hand-to-hand techniques.
