When you work with a real trainer like Miesha the impact is immediate. She doesn’t just train you; she teaches so you understand your body and how to take care of it. From routine development, nutrition and stress management she brings awareness to the physical and mental aspects of fitness. When we started to push harder and increase the routine demands, my understanding was key in heavier lifting and eventually achieving PR’s on the deadlift and bench press! I haven’t met an elite athlete as humble and accessible as Miesha has been. I’m SUPER appreciative that she never shamed to motivate and still makes you hustle. It’s an investment to grow into your greatest self, Miesha has been a truly great trainer.

Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last 2 months. Looking back to July, just the thought of putting on my suit and having photos taken scared me to death let alone going on vacation and putting on my swim trunks! Then I started training with Coach Mac and things got better, my clothes started to fit better, people noticed I was looking healthier and I could walk a few flights of stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon. Now putting on that suit and swim trunks does not scare me in the slightest, all the hard work is paying off and I am extremely happy with the way I look and I haven’t felt this fit or healthy in years! Although it may not have seemed like it while I am training, but I thoroughly enjoy my sessions each week and Coach Mac is so easy to get along with. She is very helpful, extremely accommodating and lets not forget encouraging and motivating, but the best part of all is that she genuinely cares about her clients! I really cant thank Coach Mac Personal Training enough!
