- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1019 Photography treats every new customer in a different way to ensure that every different need gets met. We will start off with the following: * Initial Consultation via phone or email. * Meet in person to get to know each other and to discuss your event in more detail. * If we are fit for each other we'll discuss contracts and payment arrangements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John and I are formally educated in theory and hands-on training in photography, photography lighting, photography editing software, graphic arts using graphic design software and continue to take photography and graphic design software courses.
