Our insurance company had initially informed us that our roof had a few broken tiles that needed replacement. Howard and Sons sent their estimator, Scott, out, and he discovered that the damage was much more significant and would require multiple broken and slipped tiles to be replaced and resecured. In addition, Scott observed that the valleys on our roof were too narrow, and we were collecting debris and slowing down the water runoff. In the future, this will eventually cause a leak on my roof. The repairs to my roof were done as soon as possible by a crew who were very helpful and efficient. I also appreciated that Howard & Sons staff kept me informed on the start date as well as the completion date of the job allowing me to plan accordingly. Finally, the photos they provided of the completed work was precisely what our insurance company requested. Thanks again for a job well done!
