I charge per form needed for personal, flat fee for organized business returns like corps and flat or hourly for bookkeeping depending on what client needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions, Sending tax questionnaire, Collecting tax documents than prepare and efile return. This is done via email, fax, mail or Intuit LINK. For bookkeeping, depends on what is needed. Travel to client is an option for an additional fee.
