Chef Char catered a two day event for our staff. She is amazing. Dealing with every and any dietary restriction and preference with grace and ease. She is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We loved her attention to sustainability and health. As an event planner, I will be using her for many different events and love that her capacity and thoughtfulness in all situations is on point. This way my first time ever using a caterer and I can proudly say that Chef Char was amazing! Usually I'm stressed out preparing and trying to make sure my guest were fed. I didn't have to worry about any of that when Chef Char catered for my party. She was on time and had everything prepared and brought everything she needed. The food was great! A lot of my friends were impressed with the quality and delicious food she made and even took her business cards. I will definitely use her to cater my future parties! Thank you Char!

5 stars for Chef Char! I've gotten the pleasure to get to know Charlene in a few capacities and her kind spirit and eagerness to help and be of service remains with her through and through. Charlene is the Chef for our Downtown Las Vegas Creative Community called 6th&FRANKLIN. Our home sees anywhere from 6-16 people (an sometimes way more) each week between residents, artist/creatives and people visiting to experience the magic of our home. Gratefully, she cooks and prepares our meals for us each week and we can trust that we'll always be well fed. She is our go-to chef when guests request catered meals, during our events/gatherings, retreats, and conference workshops. Cooking is not just a regular task for Charlene, it's really an art! She's able to whip up all kinds of recipes with any ingredient that you have in mind. Not only does her food TASTE GOOD - but it's often very good of you as well. I've teamed up with her for retreats and holidays here with over 20 people and i'm looking forward to the next one!
