FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75/hour, 2 hours minimum ($150), delivery fee is $50 in case I need to buy something for the work: materials, screws etc. Total cost calculation: hours + delivery fee + materials cost Or we can negotiate a flat rate after an estimate More about delivery fee: If you have the materials and I can work right away, after completing the work I will only calculate the hours so that you can pay for the work done. If I need to buy something, I need to go to the store and buy it. That's why I will add delivery fee to the final cost, no matter how long the purchase takes (hours I don't count during that period), and I will also add the cost of materials if I pay for it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand the upcoming work during correspondence, asking for photographs and additional details in order to prepare everything that is needed to complete the work. At the appointed time, I arrive at the address, discuss the work on site and begin implementation if everything is in place to complete it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of experience working as a kitchen installer and working as a handyman. I'm also studying for a general contractor's license
