My garage was an overwhelming disaster. I am a first time Thumtack user. I called a local junk hauler and wanted other bids and Thumbtack came in handy. I contacted 3 other business and EMA was the only company that was on time which tells me a lot about the company. EMA evaluated my job and gave me a fair on the spot quote. I scheduled a next day appointment. EMA again arrived on time and not only removed my piles of junk but cleaned and tidied up the garage floor and driveway. I was not expecting that much service. You think junk removal is just removing your junk. I'm not only thankful I am impressed with their quality of service, professional communication and friendliness. I wish I took before and after pictures!

They responded to my inquiry right away, quoted a fair price and arrived to the appointment on time. They demolished a hot tub to haul away and left the area clean. Finally, the two young men were very nice and polite.

The team was running late and was very communicative about it. When they finally showed up, they were able to get the job done with no supervision required by me at all. Once the junk was removed, they even swept the area clean! Would definitely recommended or hire again.
