my dishwasher stopped working with some weird noise in the pump. I'm able to book an appointment with Intech within 30 minutes for 2 days later. Very responsive customer service. The technical arrived on time and quickly resolved the original issue: a broken chopstick fell into the pump and blocked the pump. But this is not the end of story. The technician helped me a big favor in addition to the pump fix and I paid the same price that was agreed upon for the pump issue. I purchased this "LG Top Control Dishwasher with Quadwash and EasyRack Plus in Stainless Steel " in 2018 summer. since I purchased it, it always had difficulty with sensing whether the door is closed. I had to slide in some hard paper to the door and still have to slam the door heavily (and multiple times). The certified LG repair store sent someone while warranty is in effect but only did some minor fix around the door sensor in the top and the issue resurfaced quickly. The technician from Intech identified it was actually the lower leg under the dishwasher was not lifted properly when installed first time, and hence the body was not supported by the floor firmly. After he lifted the leg, now I can close the door very lightly and still the machine starts properly. what a life saver! Price is also reasonable. Thank you so much!
