- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bank reconciliation, data entry, annual reports (1099's, etc) If payroll is included then I will also prepare quarterly payroll tax returns, annual payroll tax returns and create the W-2's. Sales tax returns are also available for those clients that have a resale number.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions that pertain to your business, such as "what do I do when...."
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My line of work is more than just entering the data, it involves managing the deadlines and getting the clients' paperwork filed in a timely manner
