Arc Electric did great work. Tarik was responsive, explained everything in detail and had someone out the next day. Arc Electric completed their work in a timely manner and I used them for an additional project. I would use Arc Electric again for any home projects that I may have in the future.

Tarek came at the time he said he would and replaced a transformer for our doorbell and buzzer. We’ve had ongoing problems with it and we discussed other possible long solutions if this repair doesn’t work. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and honesty.

Had an excellent experience with Arc Electric. Tarik was very responsive and was able to send someone the next day. They were quick and professional and fixed the issue. Tarik took the time to explain the resolution and possible next steps. Also, just to note - they follow strict COVID-19 health protocol and wear masks so that was much appreciated! I will definitely use Arc Electric in the future.
