Tarik provided very responsive professional service. He handled an issue with PG&E power coming into my house very quickly and safely. He also was able to pick up and complete partial wiring left from a much older project. I am pleased with Arc Electrics' work and professionalism and will certainly hire them again should I need additional electric work.
Details: Electrical not functioning normally • Circuit breaker panel or fuse box • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • House
Arc Electric's reply

Overall great experience with Arc electric. Had some scheduling issues at first but they really worked hard to help get my electrical system up and running before I moved in to my new home. They used good quality products and did a top quality job to help upgrade my electrical system to this century (home was built in 1880s).
Thank you Mark! No worries on the scheduling conflicts. I understand its challenging when you're managing your own project. I look forward to assisting you in the future. Thanks again!

Tarik was great, he walked me through the entire upgrade and gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend him again. He came up with the solution of running the electrical over the garage door for the EV charger. This minimized the holes in the wall and kept the look of the install great.
Details: Yes, there is existing wiring • 1 switch or outlet • Garage • Drywall • Garage • Condo/Apartment
Arc Electric's reply
Thank you Adil! I appreciate the review and working with you was a breeze.

Communicating with Tarik was easy as was scheduling. He arrived on time, asked good questions to diagnose the lighting issue I had, was methodical in troubleshooting, and eventually figured it out. He was respectful of my home, kept things tidy, and offered helpful advice. I will reach out to him again for future electrical work.
Details: Lights • Under 8 feet (low ceiling) • House
Arc Electric's reply
Thank you Stephan! I felt honored to help. Please think of me for any future electrical needs.
