- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on each individual home size and the unique needs of the our customers. For One-Time cleanings, we are able to give quotes over the phone or via email. For Regular Service customers we perform a FREE in-home estimate to customize the cleaning plan to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to provide a personal side in working with our customers. Whether it be over the phone or through email, we gather the information necessary and give you a cleaning quote based on your specific home and individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have a combination of over 25 years of being in customer service, as well as handling and training employees.
