Hans went above and beyond for my husband's birthday trip! We had a ride service scheduled to take us from SF to various wineries in Napa and back to SF and Hans was always prompt, courteous, responsive, and entertaining. He even decorated the van with balloons, printed out custom itineraries, and stocked the van with useful items. I'd highly recommend him :)
