- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get their contact information. I go over what their wants and goals are. I then consult everything about your hair and skin and come up with an outcome goal. We discuss any and all of the color/cut opportunities that are available for you Give an estimate and we we go from there
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started enjoying make up and hair when I was a young girl with my cousin. I pursued getting my cosmetology license straight from high school.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say that it is almost like finding a dentist or doctor. Someone who is personable, humble, and nonjudgmental.
