I’m a home owner and single mom and often times, I need things done around the house that I can’t do myself or not knowledgable. Found John with Las Brisas Handyman and helped me put my rental property back together and ready for new tenants. He did everything from patch holes in the wall, paint a whole room, change locks, stucco the outside of the house and now preparing to mount wall mirrors and Install over the range microwave for me. He’s a God sent and just what I needed to get things done around my house. He works fast and his work is neat and professional.

I reviewed a few handymen services and sent them a request for quotes; plus after losing my job due to the pandemic I needed someone who was affordable BUT good. And, Las Brisas responded immediately; as well, when I sent him pictures of what needed to be done (2 wrought iron hose holders in siding of fireplace outdoors and other in stucco) he said that he would need certain bolts to mount them and would pick up/purchase prior to arrival; he arrived on time and that he knew exactly what type of bolts to purchase ($13.43 total) made installation go very quickly; he was done in under an hour which told me he knew what he was doing and I will definitely call them again.

John did a excellent job in our home. He creates power outlet for our both bathrooms and assembled Toto bidets very professionally. He was also very responsive and his price is reasonable than others. We will definitely work with him for our next projects regarding electrical and plumbing work.
