Nolan has always been very professional and reasonable with his pricing. He shows up when he says he will and is transparent with the scope of work that needs to be done. I manage a HOA facility and I’ve had him do everything from painting a room to fixing cabinet doors in the kitchen area. He has done work on the tennis courts and always leaves the work area clean. He has hauled away large items as well, items that would have taken me 3-4 calls to waste management for large item pickups! He has saved me a lot of time (and money) by hauling those items away. I would highly recommend Nolan for whatever odd jobs, handy man and hauling services.
