Introduction: I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. From sales and janitorial work to Fitness Manager of Equinox. I recently owned my own gym in Pasadena as well as my training company where I have helped over 250 clients in my career. I am currently living in San Clemente, CA building up my training clientele again. I hold over 30 certifications in the industry. Here is a few of my certifications.
ISSA CPT, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretch Therapy, Yoga Certified, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pre and Post Natal, Kettlebell 1 + 2, etc.
My goal as a trainer is to work with you to simplify your fitness journey. I scale with you from the ground up and can take you anywhere you want to go as slowly or as quickly as you'd like. My goal is for your fitness journey to be as easy and as rewarding as possible and I can't wait to get started!

From Day 1, my trainer Daylon has been helping me get into shape. Any questions I had was always answered and explained thoroughly. He educated me on about the importance of nutrition and we created a plan based off of that. The gym is always super clean and they take precautions for everyone’s safety. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been training with Daylon for going on 3-4 years now and the list is endless as to why I keep coming back. As someone who needs a good push there is no better option. I’ve pushed my physical and mental limits and seen obvious progress in my strength and endurance.
