Kristan was so professional throughout my entire experience. She came into my home with her own equipment and got right to work. She asked me what my concerns were and what I felt my weaknesses and strengths were. She actually listened and did not come with a pre-planed one-size-fits-all workout. She actually put together a workout that was specifically for me, based on my concerns, strengths, and her own professional assessment of my body! It was a wonderful experience! She moved slowly with me and made sure I understood the movements before moving to the next movement. She has such a great personally and is very personable.
