They did a good job at replacing my hot water tank, but, I accidentally overpaid via Venmo and the company would not reimburse me. I also requested a receipt for the work, but I never received a copy. Probably working off the books. Real friendly and prompt service but lost my trust for not reimbursing me for an overpayment and failure to provide a receipt.
