Steven was on time and knew exactly how to fix my loose & leaking toilet. Done in just over an hour. Fixed my no hot water issue at the sink by finding a small screen that was clogged & attached to the angle stop shutoff. It was incorrectly installed there so he removed them from both the hot & cold sides. No parts needed and a quick fix. All charges were very reasonable and I gladly paid him. Saved his business card for any future plumbing issues. Wonderful man & a very good plumber. Very happy he responded to my job.
