I was thrilled with the way Ismael from Terrific Drains and Plumbing handled my garbage disposal installation. He was very informative on the phone answering all of my questions. His quote was half of the price of the first quote I got for the same job. He came over within an hour of our conversation and was on time to the agreed upon appointment. Usually one has to wait days to even get an appointment with a plumber. He traveled to two Home Depots to get the new garbage disposal since the first one didn't have it, and installed it in my hot apartment with no air conditioning. Awesome work. I bought a garbage disposal for Kevin to install, but I didn’t know to buy a sold separately power cord for the unit. He went to the hardware store for me and bought the cord and then finished the job. I kept adding things on to his job list as things came to mind; he had no problems doing everything I needed done. He did great work at reasonable rates, and I will definitely use his service again. I highly recommend him!
