He responded so quickly to our request and was out the next morning to fix our pipes under our kitchen sink- not only that, but he found another issue and fixed it promptly. He also explained everything to me- the why and what happens if certain items aren’t fixed, how certain metals react to one another- it was so helpful for me. He went out of his way to even do a full house inspection bc we are moving out of the house to leave tenants in place. He offered and went around to all our pipes to check and make sure everything was in code. I will 1000% be using this service for our tenants in our house. Finally found our go to plumbers!! I was thrilled with the way Ismael from Terrific Drains and Plumbing handled my garbage disposal installation. He was very informative on the phone answering all of my questions. His quote was half of the price of the first quote I got for the same job. He came over within an hour of our conversation and was on time to the agreed upon appointment. Usually one has to wait days to even get an appointment with a plumber. He traveled to two Home Depots to get the new garbage disposal since the first one didn't have it, and installed it in my hot apartment with no air conditioning. Throughout this entire process, he was kind, helpful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend his services and will call him again for future plumbing needs.

Awesome work. I bought a garbage disposal for Kevin to install, but I didn’t know to buy a sold separately power cord for the unit. He went to the hardware store for me and bought the cord and then finished the job. I kept adding things on to his job list as things came to mind; he had no problems doing everything I needed done. He did great work at reasonable rates, and I will definitely use his service again. I highly recommend him!
