Scheduling was hassle free on the phone. Vasily arrived on time. Friendly service. Had the part for the oven (the igniter) so didn’t have to wait for him to come back another day. He got dirty (the ground under the oven had not been cleaned in a while) and did not complain. Highly recommend.
