I cannot recommend Alex enough. I had a brand-new Whirlpool laundry tower that multiple people incorrectly diagnosed as having plumbing/configuration issues or even a defective gasket. He immediately identified that the shipping/transport bolts had never been removed during installation, which was causing excessive vibration and leaking during cycles. Within a short time, he had everything corrected, tested, and running perfectly with zero leaking or vibration. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and incredibly fair with pricing. After days of stress and conflicting information, he solved the issue quickly and saved me from what could have turned into unnecessary major repair costs. Truly grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing appliance/install troubleshooting.

Alex was awesome. He responded within 30 minutes from when I posted. He came the same day, diagnosed the problem and fix my Samsung washer. The whole process was maybe two hours from first contact to everything being done. Quality work and my washer is back to working great. Definitely would recommend!
