Alex is great! He fixed my Samsung Dryer that would not turn on out of the blue. I guess after one year and some change the control board went out, so he replaced it for us. If you are looking for someone that is honest and will fix your appliances quickly with the best expertise, he is definitely your person. Alex is also super flexible with working around your schedule when needed. He is also very punctual, responsive, and just a friendly person overall. First time using Thumbtack. Found a link to it on Facebook Marketplace and was needing some help with my dishwasher that wasnt starting. Within a minute of pushing the request button I received a call from Fix-It-Pro and scheduled an appt. For a moment I thought I fixed my issue and cancelled and the tech was very patient and accomodating last minute. I did end up needing him to come out after all because it was the same issue. He showed up within the expected window and was super polite, offering to remove his shoes when he saw my shoe rack by the door. I appreciated his observation and respectfulness. The diagnosis for the dishwasher was super quick and it didnt actually need a repair. I was pleased that I was only charged the $40 for the service call. Super reasonable. I will use them again.
