Alex called me up and made an appointment right awayme on a Sunday and beat everyone else to the punch! He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with our LG clothes dryer quickly. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable about appliances in general and particularly abut LG equipment. After providing me with very reasonable quote, I accepted it and e went to work right away. At frst I watched him and it was obvious he was an expert at fixing the machine. He did th job very quickly and even had time to take a peek at the clothes washer and the fridgeat my request. He did show me a trick to maintain the washer but everything else was fine. In summary, Alex is a cool guy who really knows his suff. He is extremely competent, prompt and reliable! you can't go wrong with this repair and maintenance professional!

Fix it Pro Alex was great. He was professional, on time, and knew what he was doing. He assessed the problem with our icemaker, determined what part needed to be replaced to fix it, ordered the part, and came back and installed it for resonable price. He communicated throughout the process. We recommend him and will use him to repair other appliances in the future.

I cannot recommend Alex enough. I had a brand-new Whirlpool laundry tower that multiple people incorrectly diagnosed as having plumbing/configuration issues or even a defective gasket. He immediately identified that the shipping/transport bolts had never been removed during installation, which was causing excessive vibration and leaking during cycles. Within a short time, he had everything corrected, tested, and running perfectly with zero leaking or vibration. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and incredibly fair with pricing. After days of stress and conflicting information, he solved the issue quickly and saved me from what could have turned into unnecessary major repair costs. Truly grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing appliance/install troubleshooting.
