I received a fast response after I submitted my request for a quote. Alex came over within a hour to check the issue with my washer. He was able to clearly describe the issue with my machine and order the part needed. The cost of my initial tech visit was applied to the final cost of my repair which I found reasonable.

Alex tried his best to make my microwave oven work, but it was unfixable. He took my old microwave out from the wall and took it away for me. We are now waiting for my new microwave to be delivered and he will install it for me. I can't say enough about Alekse. He is efficient and really cares about his clients. I will make him my #1 appliance person.
