The technician did a good job on our repairs, coordinating well between myself and our tenant on-site. We would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

Great experience with Max. He came out to diagnose the issue with my LG refrigerator and was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what had failed, what the repair would involve, and the expected cost. Most importantly, Max gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision about whether it made more sense to repair the refrigerator or replace it. There was no pressure or upselling, just an honest assessment and helpful advice. I really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend Max and use his services again.

Max was great. He’s probably the most conscientious appliance repairman that I have come across in years. Very knowledgeable. Gave me an accurate diagnosis of what was wrong with my fridge. Highly recommended
