Alex is hands down one of the best service professionals we've ever hired. He came out to fix our refrigerator, and not only did he handle that quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to inspect our wine refrigerator. He explained that these appliances have a limited shelf life and that replacing the compressor wouldn’t be worth the cost—honest advice we really appreciated. But Alex didn’t stop there. He noticed an issue with our microwave oven and took the initiative to troubleshoot it. After discovering that the manufacturer only sells the entire microwave door for $500 (just to fix a single part!), Alex managed to repair the actual faulty part for just $99. That kind of problem-solving and integrity is rare. He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely personable—the kind of person you feel lucky to find, like a great mechanic or dentist. We’ll absolutely be hiring Alex again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Vlad is fantastic! I had been putting off getting my dryer repaired for weeks, because I thought it would be a long, back and forth process.
