Alex was awesome! my dishwasher wasn’t draining and he came the next day after I requested service, checked out the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. I hit up Alex about my fridge not making ice anymore, I tried to solve the problem myself but I couldn’t fix it. I found Alex from offer up yesterday. Ask when I was available and I said anytime since I work from home. Next day which is today in the morning he let me know he was 10 mins away so he came found the problem then had the part in stock and replaced what was broken which I wouldn’t have known to replace. Always support small businesses instead of actually big companies! Hit up Alex for any appliance needs!
