I called kind of late asking for a repair on my Samsung washer, Igor was the repair man that messaged me and came to look at my washer the next day. He knew right away what was wrong with my equipment and ordered parts, gave me knowledge on why it was having issues and how to properly take care of my washer. Once the parts came in he than contacted me promptly and was very understanding on days when to visit for my convenience. The day he came to fix my washer, he quickly took apart the machine and switched out the parts very efficiently and showed me what was the issue, it took about a hour and was extremely respectful. Price was fair and explained to me about the warranty and if there was anymore issues than the company will come back out and fix it.

SpeedMates is speedy ! Seriously they are incredibly fast at responding to inquiries. I called them on Friday. They fixed my washing machine on Monday and everything went perfectly. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them, especially Igor who is fantastic.
