I called kind of late asking for a repair on my Samsung washer, Igor was the repair man that messaged me and came to look at my washer the next day. He knew right away what was wrong with my equipment and ordered parts, gave me knowledge on why it was having issues and how to properly take care of my washer. Once the parts came in he than contacted me promptly and was very understanding on days when to visit for my convenience. The day he came to fix my washer, he quickly took apart the machine and switched out the parts very efficiently and showed me what was the issue, it took about a hour and was extremely respectful. Price was fair and explained to me about the warranty and if there was anymore issues than the company will come back out and fix it.

Very thorough on his estimate to fix my 10 year old Kenmore Washer. He gave us good advice on what not to do and what we should do when we get a new washer so it wont wear out so fast. Thank you!!!

SpeedMates is speedy ! Seriously they are incredibly fast at responding to inquiries. I called them on Friday. They fixed my washing machine on Monday and everything went perfectly. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them, especially Igor who is fantastic.

Very polite and responsive. They came at the most inconvenient time of evening for anyone to get a call for a job. I needed my refrigerator to be seen and repaired asap because I did not want to deal with the hassle of replacing/removing all of my groceries to place them in a cooler and have to wait until the next day. They identified what was wrong and then gave me my options and let me make my decision. They repaired the control board that is currently installed on my fridge and it was up and running about 15 minutes later. Stellar work. Quick turnaround. Great customer service and conversation. ☺️👍
