They came same day even thought I was not expecting it! So that was great. Found the issuer right away and repaired it and told me how to avoid it in the future. Would defiantly call them again!!

He was prompt in responses and punctual but diagnosed my washer issue incorrectly. Had i gone with his repair recommendations, it would have costed me $400 and issue still wouldn’t be resolved. At the end, i used LG authorized technician and issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes and cheaper too. Upon mentioning this to him, he refunded the service call amount.

Sonny was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue which did not require any repair work. I had improperly loaded the dishwasher causing it to leak. I cannot say enough about my experience with Sonny and Sunshine Appliance. His availability and professionalism was unprecedented in my experience. It turned out that there was nothing that required actual repair in my case but he spent a lot of time to make that determination. I was only charged the diagnostic fee which was extremely fair under the circumstances. I will be using Sonny for all my future appliance issues. I had lost hope in the service industry but Sonny renewed it for me.
