So quick to respond and be ready same day to help! It was an amazingly quick turnaround. Came and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and repaired the next day. What a great experience!

Vlad was awesome again (second time I’ve used him). He quickly responded to my inquiry and was upfront with his fees.

He’s super polite, professional and knowledgeable on his trade. He will always be my go-to guy when I need repairs on my appliances.

We had a great experience with Vlad. He was very communicative and knowledgable . He performed the repair quickly and cost effectively. He also gave us pointers on how to avoid the issue in the future. We are very happy with the outcome.
