⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Vlad and VG Appliance Repair. He was communicative from the start, arrived on time, and was friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire service call. He was also clean, organized, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I had been trying to troubleshoot and fix an appliance issue myself for the past two weeks with no success. What had become a frustrating nightmare for me was diagnosed and repaired by Vlad in less than an hour after he arrived. The difference was experience, knowledge, and having the right tools for the job. What seemed complicated and overwhelming to me was straightforward for him. It’s easy to see why he does this for a living. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service, Vlad is the full package. I would absolutely recommend VG Appliance Repair and will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Vlad responded right away and was able to come diagnose the issue and purchase the parts the same day. The issue was fixed within 24 hours of contacting him, and it would have been within 2 hours if parts hadn't needed to be sourced! He will be our go-to appliance repair guy in the future. Vlad came same day, arrived early, handled everything efficiently, left everything immaculate, and repair worked great. He explained the two possible solutions to repair a dishwasher, with associated fees. Turns out the cheaper remedy worked great. Highly recommend and would be happy to use him again.
