Absolutely a top-notch choice. I described the issue with my Samsung washer to him over the phone, he asked a few questions, and he had a bead on the likely cause and repair. He provided me a reasonable estimate over the phone. He arrived within the window he provided and did the work efficiently. The washer runs like a champ again. He is a pro. The cost of work was reasonable and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Our fridge was leaking water on the floor out of the refrigerator side and Vlad was able to diagnose it as clogged drainage lines. He was very responsive and had it all fixed in less than 2 hours. He is also familiar with the broken-wire-ice-maker problem because he noticed ours had been repaired, leading me to believe that Vlad is also quite experienced. I've added him to my contacts in case we need any future repairs.
