Our Samsung refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we were worried about losing all the food inside. We contacted Yarcom and Ross came out to diagnose the problem. He found a faulty defrost component that needed to be replaced and explained what was wrong.The part was ordered right away, and as soon as it arrived Ross returned and completed the repair. The turnaround was much faster than we expected. He worked efficiently, treated our home with respect, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving.Its not easy to find a technician who is knowledgeable, reliable, and fair with pricing. The refrigerator has been running perfectly for several months now. We would definitely use Yarcom again and recommend Ross to friends and family.

Our GE oven suddenly stopped heating. Ross from Yarcom diagnosed a failed igniter and was able to replace it during the same visit. The repair was completed quickly, and the oven was back to working normally within about an hour.Ross was knowledgeable, arrived on time, and got the job done without any hassle. Very happy with the service and would definitely call Yarcom again.
