FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard service call and diagnostic fee is $50. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost. We provide the repair price before any work is performed, so there are no unexpected charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking about the appliance and the problem you are experiencing. During the visit, the technician diagnoses the issue, explains what caused the problem, and provides repair options and pricing before proceeding. If parts are needed, we order them and schedule the repair as soon as they are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA Section 608 certified for refrigerant handling and trained in the diagnosis and repair of major household appliances. I have hands-on experience working with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and other residential appliances.
