Alex did a great job repairing my Thermador ovens. He was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately and gave me an estimate before starting the repairs. I would definitely call him again to service my other appliances. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and customer service was great. I'm very happy with the work and would highly recommend Joseph and Appliance Cowboys.

They repaired our refrigerator fast. We have used them for other appliance repairs as well. They are always quick to diagnose the problem, reliable and professional. I would not use anyone else.
