They shall undertake to avoid all conflicts of interest. • In the rare instances where conflicts of interest may exist, Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. and its advisors shall provide written disclosure to the client prior to the commencement of any engagement, and thereafter throughout the term of the engagement, of any conflicts of interest that will or reasonably may compromise the impartiality or independence of the advisor. • In any event that neither Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. nor its advisors shall receive any commission or other remuneration that is contingent on any client's purchase or sale of a financial product. Furthermore, neither Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. nor its advisors shall receive any fee or other material compensation from another party based on the referral of a client or the client's business.
