Omasake catered My very large Birthday party and came through Big Time with Super Fresh Fish and a Great Attitude, which made Myself and all My Guests very Happy..! Carson catered an amazing sushi event in my backyard. He and his staff showed up a day in advance to set up and then early on event night. His displays were better than most sushi restaurants I've been to... and his unique dishes were a huge hit. The variety of fish seemed endless and the quality was outstanding. My guests raved about the event for months after. At the end of the night he left the home spotless. I highly recommend Carson and Omakase Catering to anyone wanting the most impressive party imaginable.

Carson Jaffrey was great! He did a private sushi party at our house for my birthday. The food was amazing. He is a great guy, very kind, and easy to work with. The sushi was really fresh and my friends are still raving about it.

AMAZING.... Well, where do I start.... Carson and Nao went over the top to make my 60th Birthday Party an amazing event.. All my guests have raved about the beautiful Sushi Bar presentation and the unbelievable tastes that they both had created right in my back yard.. I knew it was going to be special when Carson came by the day before and set up his Sushi Bar. It was as if we were at a Sushi Resturant. The Sushi was fresh, unique and delicious.. They cut up 2 whole fish right in front of everybody and made a presentation that was just beautiful.. All my thanks to Carson and Nao for an amazing event.. If there was a 6th star, they would get it...
