FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel like pricing can get a bit tricky. I try to give a flat rate fee, but there are a few factors that can lower my price 1. Amount of guests 2. Tip jar allow 3. Distance. I try to be as fair as possible. I know that most events have a budget so I'm always willing to work with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to talk with them to see what their needs/wants are. I want to make sure all details are taken care of. It's important to get that out of the way so I can put their mind at ease and start getting everything prepared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been very fortunate to have 20 years of hands on training in bartending/entertainment industry. I feel you can never have too much knowledge so I've taken many classes to expand my knowledge. It's important for me to be able to give what my clients want.
