I recently hired the barSmith to host my husband’s 50th birthday. We had close to 100 people over the course of four hours. The bar setup consisted of beer, wine, mixed drinks and shots. Robyn assisted with planning, handled the setup and the execution was flawless. I found Robyn to be very personable, responsive, and reliable. She has a tremendous amount of event experience of all types, so definitely ask for her advice. Robyn is also the most attentive service professional I have ever seen in the industry. She is like a drink ninja; she anticipates, remembers preferences and is great with names. I would 100% trust and recommend the barSmith for any event, big or small. The only downside I can think of is, once her name gets out there, she is going to be tough to book!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Varies per event, number of guests, if you want a second bartender, supplies needed, etc. Weddings: 4 hour minimum serving time, Corporate/Private Events: 2 hour minimum serving time. Set-up/break down 2.5 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fill out inquiry form, consultation either in-person or over the phone, sign contract, pay $250 deposit fee (details will be discussed via contract), be in communication during the duration up until day of event, possible on location meet so I can get a feel of where the bar will be set up, where to unload/park, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
