- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the detail of services provided my rates range from $25/hr- $35/hr. A flat rate or fee is also an option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a client to discuss an event besides the event date, time, location there's some essential information to get, event budget, theme, menu ideas, dietary restrictions, drinks, entertainment and number of approximate guests. Once these details are hashed out leave the rest to me. I can take care of organizing, setting up and cleaning up after your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a San Diego County food handler's card as well as a TIPS certification for alcohol. I've worked in restaurants, catering, hospitality and event planning for approximately 10 years on a part-time or full-time basis.
