- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a dry hire service, meaning we provide everything besides the alcohol. We provide cocktail glassware (rocks, collins, coup), beer and wine coolers, ice bins, large format cubes, pebble ice, all bar tools, mobile bar-tops, prep for syrups, prep for fresh squeezed juices and citrus, garnishes, candles, floral decorations etc. We will absolutely send you an accurate accounting of all the liquor you'll need for your event based on the menu. We take 20% of the total cost as a deposit to save and hold the date. We gauge how many bartenders we will need based on the number of people attending & flow of service. To ensure our bartenders are taken care of for service and that we keep the best bartenders in San Diego, we charge an auto gratuity of 20%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 Getting on a zoom call for introduction & getting details of the private event/party/wedding #2 Deposit of 20% and contract #3Communication on the desired menu/brands (3 craft cocktails+ wine and beer) #4 R&D for cocktail menu & fine tuning #5 Prep everything from scratch a few days before the event (citrus, juices, garnishes, clarified cocktails, pre batching, fat washing, infusions, house bitters, shaving down crystal clear ice etc #6 We show up around 1.5 hours before the event to set up, and from there that is where the magic happens. We will keep our area clean throughout the whole event and make rounds to cleanup cocktail glassware. We are happy to work with you.

We've done private event from casual birthday parties to upscale wedding.
