Artur, of TruEdge, met the timely needs for me in my wheelchair, to reconstruct my ADA accessible bathroom. It had been nearly demolished to clear roots from 50 year old cast iron piping. He spelled out his exact agenda and costs, and kept me posted step-by-step through the job. His punctuality was like clockwork followed with polite professionalism and technical precision. His tools and methodology provided us with the needed technical bathroom restoration we needed along the exact timeline specified. Artur did great, he assessed the situation (leaked toilet that caused warping to laminate vinyl floors in downstairs half bath), and gave me a quote break down. Price was well below what we were expecting but we did have replacement floor to cover most of the project. We agreed to a time 8am and day(s)- one day day for demo and floor dry and the other day for install. He was punctual and did his work professionally and efficiently. No complaints from me and my wife. Only wish he could’ve been here to oversee the install of the toilet when our house was built haha!
