Working with Noah was fantastic! I was looking for a customized workout that I could easily do from anywhere with minimal equipment, and something to mix up my regular routine of jogging and yoga. He certainly delivered! And also kicked my butt! If you're looking for a fresh, challenging workout, Noah is your guy. He also took me on a shopping trip to the grocery store to help put together a meal plan to optimize my whole fitness regimen. Noah is very gifted and passionate about exercise. He is also determined to help his clients reach their short-term and long-term goals. You can easily see that during the workouts. He provides a thorough regimen including warmup, intense training followed by a variety of stretches to aid in recovery. Once you start getting used to the workout plan, he will change it up to keep your muscles guessing. It is exhausting, but highly worth the sweat. I have taken private personal training sessions and group bootcamps with Noah and he is fantastic! I like the private sessions because he really takes the time to make sure you understand the movements. The group workouts are great too because they are face paced and he always has modifications for different body types. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I take on continuing education credits to up hold my certification through NCSF, it's a requirement. I am currently studying to receive my Sports Nutrition Certification through NCSF.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?When I started experimenting with weight lifting in high school sparked a huge curiosity in health and nutrition as well as pushing myself back towards the elite fitness category in endurance sports thinking I didn't belong there like I did when I was young.
