I have taken private personal training sessions and group bootcamps with Noah and he is fantastic! I like the private sessions because he really takes the time to make sure you understand the movements. The group workouts are great too because they are face paced and he always has modifications for different body types. He is eager to help you reach your fitness goals and always has a positive attitude. Plus, he has awesome food tips on his instagram! I would definitely recommend Noah to a friend.

Noah is very gifted and passionate about exercise. He is also determined to help his clients reach their short-term and long-term goals. You can easily see that during the workouts. He provides a thorough regimen including warmup, intense training followed by a variety of stretches to aid in recovery. Once you start getting used to the workout plan, he will change it up to keep your muscles guessing. It is exhausting, but highly worth the sweat. I highly recommend Noah's Bay Watch Boot Camp!

Noah is a thorough trainer. He taught about body mechanics and showed me how to properly use kettle bells to challenge my body for strength training! Highly recommended!!!
