My dog had an episode of liquid diarrhea ALL over my (large) bedroom carpet, which is thick, deep, and light beige. The diarrhea was so deeply entrenched in the fibers that I was worried I’d have to re-carpet the whole room (and I’m a renter!), but I thought I’d try a professional cleaner first. Many businesses contacted me about my request for carpet cleaning, but Apex was the only one that sincerely evaluated my issue, understood its urgency, and came over within an hour. While I cannot understate my appreciation for Apex’s incredibly prompt arrival, I REALLY appreciated the thought and consideration that led to it. It’s been almost two weeks since the job was done: my carpets look better, brighter, and cleaner than they did before my dog’s accident. The smell was also completely eliminated. I plan to hire them again soon for non-emergencies, like couch cleaning, and I absolutely intend to have them come by a couple times per year to keep the carpets nice throughout my lease. I strongly recommend Apex to anyone looking for carpet and/or furniture cleaning services. They will surpass your expectations. Furthermore, their professionalism and customer service is outstanding!

Here you go — clean, normal, solid: ⸻ I booked him on short notice and he showed up right on time. He did an amazing job — my five-year-old carpets look brand new. I honestly didn’t expect them to come back to life like that. He also went above and beyond by cleaning the wood floors, which made the entire house feel refreshed. The difference is noticeable right away. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I would absolutely hire him again.

I can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaner. He was incredibly sweet, super professional, and right on time. He followed all instructions perfectly and did an amazing job cleaning two bedrooms, the living room carpet, and the couch. Everything looks and smells so fresh. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Marco from Apex Carpet Cleaner. I hired him to clean carpets in two boys’ rooms that were heavily stained due to pets, and honestly, I didn’t expect them to look this good again. Marco was professional, punctual, and very thorough.
