FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RESIDENTIAL CARPET CLEANING: We charge $0.30 per sq ft for carpet cleaning (average soiling) and have a $100 minimum charge for most San Diego Metro areas. (South, East & North County $125-150; Escondido $175-200) This includes an organic pre-treatment enzyme designed to break down and release dirt and oils to the surface prior to cleaning, the truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning (aka Steam Cleaning) and the use of turbo air movers while we are on site to help expedite the drying process. Our technicians are all IICRC Certified, we uphold an A+ rating with the BBB and have 5 stars on Yelp! Of course we are also licensed, bonded and insured and have been doing business in San Diego County since 1993. Help us celebrate 20 years!! At $0.30 per sq ft, an average 10x12 size room (or so) is $36. Most secondary bedrooms, offices and some main areas are usually $36 depending on the size of your home. Most master bedrooms run $50-70 and many living rooms or living/dining combo rooms run $70-90. Halls are usually $10-40 and most staircases are normally $55-65. We can usually access up to the 3rd floor with our hoses, and usually charge a set-up fee for 2nd and 3rd floor set up or extra long/challenging set ups. *Extra soiled, wool and white carpets do run extra ($0.35 per sq ft), and out-of-the-ordinary stains such as pet urine, coffee, red wine and so forth are also additional and are usually assessed and quoted on arrival. *We also offer DuPont carpet protector, which is recommended by most carpet manufacturers and will extend the life of your carpet. AREA RUG CLEANING: Many inexpensive area rugs can be cleaned in your home, but depending on the quality and any issues or stains, we recommend that all high end rugs or rugs with pet urine issues, stains, etc. be treated in our professional area rug wash plant in Pacific Beach. Please call us for a quote. *We also carry Teebaud rug pad for under your area rugs, which we cut to size for you, and is available for delivery or pick up. CARPET REPAIRS: Carpet repairs are common and make up a large portion of our business! Carpet repairs are charged by the hour. We charge $125 per hour plus any supplies. We do have a $125 minimum charge for carpet repairs (some zip codes have a higher minimum). If you are looking for a more exact quote, please email us pictures of the areas in need of repair. Remember to put down a pencil or ruler or some sort of frame of reference in your photo and please include your name and phone number in the email! We also like to know if you have any extra carpet on hand. FURNITURE CLEANING: We charge $14 per linear foot for upholstery cleaning (white furniture is a bit more). Most standard 7 foot sofas are approx $98, most 5 ft loveseats are $70 and most L-shaped sofas are $160-230. Chairs or ottomans usually run anywhere from $20-60. Stains and pet urine issues do run extra. Teflon fabric protector may be applied as an optional service at an additional charge as well. Please call us to discuss! Please note, we are unable to clean down (feathered) furniture at this time. TILE & GROUT CLEANING: Generally we charge $1.25 per sq foot for ceramic or porcelain tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Jobs over 500sqft may qualify for discounts. We apply a cleaning agent, scrub all the grout lines, steam clean both the tile and the grout then apply a clear solvent sealer to help the grout stay cleaner longer and protect it from permanent staining. Accumulated cleaning products or other topical coatings may need to be stripped first at an additional charge. We do not recommend using products that say cleaner and polish or cleaner and rejuvenator on the labels since they may contain a topical coating which will not adhere properly to ceramic or porcelain tile. We also clean, polish and seal stone floors and countertops made of travertine, marble, limestone, slate or granite. Please call us for a quote!

Yes, my office manager and myself are constantly getting updates via emails, blogs, mail, to make sure we have the best of the best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well when I was 14 I owned my own landscaping business in Chicago. When I moved to San Diego I was looking for something more fulfilling. I'm the type of guy that likes results and smiling faces. So, here we are!
