I’m amazed by the quality and efficiency of work that David and his working partner whose name I sadly can’t remember (if you see this, please comment so I can add you both to my other reviews!)
These gentlemen were so professional, attentive, and hard working. My carpet was very heavily stained— I have Multiple Sclerosis and poor motor skills so I frequently drop or spill things, plus I have cats who sometimes have accidents outside of the box.
I pointed out several stains that I didn’t expect them to be able to get out, including a stain from hot coffee that looked burned into the carpet to me. They got out every single one.
You could never tell that this morning this carpet was super gross. It’s like new.
They even cleaned my welcome mat on the way out.
The most remarkable thing to me is the value for this quality of work. I had previously used a different company that charged 4 times as much and was not as attentive to detail.
I’ll be using Imperial Carpet regularly. I’ve often been embarrassed by all the spill stains and I’ll be so much more relaxed knowing that they can easily be fixed. When you’re disabled, having one less thing to worry about is a big deal.

He showed up on time and was very pleasant, organized and professional. He did a great job on the carpet and I asked him to clean some area rugs also and they look like new. I liked the way he set up to prevent his equipment from making a mess. Highly recommend.
