- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing that we have is very fair and we are honest about the work that needs to be done. Our minimum service fee $150. Discounts: Military, senior all at 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to meet you at your house do a full walk through of the areas that you want cleaned and explain what needs to be done after. We will measure the area so we can give you a exact estimate of the work that needs to be completed. carpets are pre vacuumed with commercial grade vacuums to remove as much dry soil as possible there for giving you a much cleaner carpet pretreat carpet with cleaning solution we take off spots and stains. to get the best possible clean I always suggest a rotary cleaning for the best possible clean...keeping your carpets cleaner and for a much longer time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a carpet cleaning technician certified by the Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification.
