Steven and his crew really helped to make our event memorable! Not only was the entire staff personable and professional, but they were also flexible, adaptable and articulate! Now We're Cooking has catered a birthday party at my home for 20 guests. The Mediterranean style food that I requested was absolutely delicious. Peach and shrimp crostini and artichoke stuffed mushrooms were especially good. So were the main courses: baked salmon and grilled chicken with dill yogurt. The chef Steven was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Steve cook up and presented food for 40 women at a Baby Shower: Freshly grilled streets tacos from the backyard bar-b-que along with tostada salad (with flour fluted molds) carnitas,shrimp,carne asada, and all the extras you can think of. Freshly cooked beans, mexican rice; appetizers of ceviche in super small fluted & baked molds; plenty of guacamole, chips, fresh vegetables with dip. All cooked perfectly and Steve's take on spices and flavors were outstanding and enjoyed by all. As many women said on Facebook later, food served was fun and yummy! Steve brought all the plates, flatware, extra table, serving containers and more. Other sites were offered to use if needed. He functioned independently for the duration and cleaned up everything before leaving. Yes, I would recommend Steve and would engage his service again.

    August 23, 2015, 2015. Baptism party. The customer requested something Italian but not boring. We went with an Italian loaded salad, chicken marsala and rotini, shrimp with tomato and spinach in a lemon butter sauce and fettuccine, authentic lasagna and tiramisu cups for dessert. Many compliments.
