This was an excellent experience from the beginning. Eduardo responded to our request same day. They were not only professional & punctual but the pizzas were absolutely amazing, our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food & the fun factor of having a foodtruck experience was just what we were looking for.

Such a great pizza! We were at the liberty Station farmers market and we got a chance to buy right before they closed. We ordered a pizza and a calzone. It was delicious! The dough, the sauce, and the cheese or Fantastic. Highly recommended!

We start by learning about your event; theme, number of guests, and special requests. Then we customize a menu and service plan to match your vision. Once confirmed, we handle everything from setup to cleanup so you can relax and enjoy an authentic Italian experience

I have a professional background in quality management and food safety, which ensures consistency and excellence in every pizza we make. Combined with years of culinary training and experience in Italy, I bring both authenticity and precision to every event.
