- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with each client to customize their event and provide alternatives for any budget. My pricing can be by the hour or a fixed price depending on the menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call my new client to get an idea of their food /menu preferences. I also check to see if there are any allergies and if there are children attending the event. I then provide them with a quote based on their preferences. I'd prefer to meet them in person and look at the venue.
